During the planning process we will begin to work up the scheme to produce a full set of working drawings and specification to take out to tender. This will include drainage, electrics, kitchen layouts and joinery details and also see us working closely alongside engineers, surveyors and interiors designers as required. We will meet the contractors on site, walk them round the scheme, and review their prices on return ahead of appointment and drawing up the Contract Documents. A fair competitive tender is the best way to ensure that value is achieved.

Managing the

contract on site

Contract documents will be drafted for your approval setting out, price, program, completion date, insurance etc.

Lucy will then handle the onsite project management, ensuring a stress-free and seamless project from inception through to completion. 

The Contract price will be fixed with additional work priced and agreed ahead of work being carried out. Building Control will be engaged at every step and a Certificate provided on completion.
